This privacy policy applies to the Satelite Map AI mobile application, provided by Satelite Map AI Developer as a free service. The application is intended for use as is.

Trips, saved places, notes, expenses, todos, map preferences, and AI chat consent settings are stored locally on your device. The application does not require an account and does not sync this local planning data to iCloud or to our servers.

If you grant location permission, Satelite Map AI uses your approximate current location only to show your position on the map while the app is open. The app requests When In Use location permission and does not request Always location access.

AI Planner is optional. Before the first AI chat request, the app shows a consent screen. Until you agree, the app does not call the AI create endpoint or the AI request endpoint.

When you agree and use AI Planner, these fields are sent:

• the text of each message you send;
• a chat_id session identifier created when the chat session starts;
• the fixed system_prompt sent when the chat session is created.

This data is sent to a third-party AI service hosted on Railway at freeopenrouterchat-production.up.railway.app. The service processes message text to generate AI Planner responses about trips, destinations, budgets, and travel logistics. The app does not send your saved trips, places, expenses, or notes to AI unless you type or paste that information into a chat message.

You can turn off AI chat data sharing in the app Settings screen. When you turn it off, the app clears the locally stored chat_id and blocks new AI messages until you agree again.

The AI chat feature uses the Railway-hosted AI proxy described above. The app project also includes attribution SDK configuration inherited from the app template. If those services are configured and enabled, they may process device or attribution information as described by their own policies and platform settings.

The application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

We use reasonable safeguards for information handled by the application. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
